The white wine »Kalkstein« Saulheim Riesling trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Thörle has been rated in 2016 with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Ripe fragrance. Tangerine, yeast, but also exotic: papaya, guava. On the palate, the freshness lives strongly from the carbonic acid, smooth base, intense fruit on the finish. It certainly has minerality, but also seems somewhat influenced by the hot year.
