Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 31.05.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Smells intensely of mango, pear, and crème brulée, also vanilla, tangerine, and macadamia nut, with delicate smoky aromas present. Reminiscent of Riesling on the palate with noticeable fruit expression, juicy, yellow fruited with passion fruit and some lemon too, and a relatively lively contrasting acidity. Gastronomically exciting.
