Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow with silver reflections. Aromas of delicate meadow herbs on the nose, with white tropical fruit underneath, fresh mango and papaya and some candied orange zest. The palate is tight-knit and elegant, with pronounced pear fruit and discreet wood in support. Long lasting, already drinking well, saline and has definite ageing potential.
