Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green with silver reflections. A delicately reductive bouquet with nuances of white tropical fruit and a subtle woody savouriness. Subtle hints of lime add to a multi-faceted bouquet. The palate is complex, very tight and freshly structured. White stone fruit leads to a touch of passion fruit and pineapple on the finish, which remains well. All in all still seems too young.
