Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a touch of edge brightening. Nuances of blackberries, cassis, liquorice, nougat and fresh mandarin zest make for an inviting bouquet. Juicy, ripe cherries and vivid tannins allied to fresh acidity on the palate, which has a fine herbal savouriness and mineral-salty finish. There's still some tannin on the finish, and this will benefit from bottle ageing.
