Tasting from 19.03.2019: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose: aromas of cappuccino, pine needles, and cocktail cherry. The palate is well-balanced, a little sinewy and a little plump, medium-weight extract, a layer of suppleness, fine-grained tannins, and acidity well suited to the discreet style. An elegant Rheingau Pinot Noir, influenced by barrel ageing, with good potential for further ageing.
