Light brass gold with silver reflections. Delicate herbal savouriness, fine pear fruit, some white nougat, candied orange zest, and delicate kisses of oak. Medium body, complex palate with some stone fruit and nougat. Creamy, with a mineral-salty finish and delicately nutty aftertaste, it is a balanced, multi-faceted food companion.
