Tasting Notes
Medium yellow with silver reflections. Delicate herbal savouriness, underpinned with ripe yellow tropical fruit notes, delicate caramel and orange zest in the background, somewhat restrained. Juicy with good complexity, white peach fruit, fresh acidity, delicate minerality, some honey blossom on the finish, a sturdy food companion with development and certain ageing potential.
