On the nose, aromas of wood spice that pushes the fruit somewhat into the background, with notes of dark berries, blackberry and black cherry appearing with a little air. The palate is soft with supple tannins and fine spices, well-judged power and sweet extract, underpinned by balanced acidity. Beautiful varietal typicity.
