Pale golden in colour. Fragrant and rich on the nose, very complex: curry and wormwood, raisin and baked apple, with mineral and burnt undertones. On the palate, compact and generous at the same time in an idiosyncratic way, ripe yet persistent acidity, a fine phenolic texture in the background, a tactile mineral trace, real delicacy.
