Balsamic, slate savouriness on the nose but slightly closed. Immensely concentrated on the palate, insistently tactile with oscillating minerality, a crisp acid backbone, viscous sweetness, a gigantic Spätlese in its embryonic stage. Everything is densely interwoven and elegant.
