Slate spice, yeasty, notes of spontaneous fermentation, citrus fruit. In the mouth, the wine has a textbook juicy piquancy, Kabinett lightness in alcohol, crisp acidity and intense minerality give the wine drive and energy, yet despite its lightness it does not lack substance.
