Remnants of yeast and spontaneous fermentation on the nose, but also an initial opening, floral development. On the palate, mineral and subtly nervous oscillating, almost salivatingly nervous, inconspicuously hidden richness of extract in a slender-looking wine, much more closed on the palate than on the nose, powerful phenolic extract, needs further bottle ageing.
