The white wine »Imperiale« Weisser Burgunder trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut von Winning has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 - 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
An exciting blend of apricot kernel, yellow apple, star fruit, young hazelnut and incense on the nose, as well as crushed rock. On the palate, a dense texture, ripe fruit and a concise acidity that provides traction. Fine phenolic notes accompany the good finish.
