Crystal-clear, well-dosed Sauvignon aroma. Delicate combination of vegetal notes (bell bell pepper, tomato green and basil) and ripe fruit (gooseberry, physalis, cassis). Juicy, open-hearted on the palate. Fine spiciness on the finish.
