Tasting Notes
Woodruff, elderflower syrup. Raspberry. Quite open. On the palate with a relatively expansive body, whose extract filling seems somewhat defensive, carbonic acid-fresh transition into the finish, acidity that seems somewhat slowed down in its dynamics, a hint of dry phenols. Still needs some time.
