The wood is still quite vivid on the nose, but there are also aromas of orange blossom, mint and aniseed biscuits. The palate is very dense, taut and full-bodied, intense and almost electrifying, with a strong lime mineral underpinning. Rich and supple on the palate, very well balanced - and enormously long.
