Tasting Notes

94+
Tasting from 11.11.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Still slightly reductive on the nose, yeast, smoke, wood savouriness, clear fruit, red cherry, blackcurrant, wild berries, blueberry, black cherry jelly. Firm and powerful structure with a dense extract framework, focused, not too massive, leaves room for elegance, the tannins in good quantity are fine-grained and have reserves, finely structured acidity, good length, mineral.
