The white wine «Porphyr« Siefersheim Riesling trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Wagner-Stempel has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Rheinriesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
A closed Riesling on the nose, with hints of tart terpenes, bergamot, verbena and lemon balm. On the palate the wine is juicy and supple, with a very elegant acidity contrasting the supple body, rounded off by a restrained sweetness.
