Tasting from 30.05.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Fully ripe black cherry on the nose, also some wood, smoke, tobacco and incense. Opens softly with sweetish extract, juicy and compact in the middle of the palate, grippy and polished tannins. Shows striking substance and length, spicy cherry fruit on the finish.
