Fully ripe mango, dried fig, chestnut honey, rosemary and Amarena cherry on the nose. Pure and juicy on the palate, with the acidity somewhat in the background, giving the overwhelming sweetness plenty of room. An accompaniment to food, a pâté would be a good idea.
