The red wine DOC Emozione Riserva del Ticino, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Weingartner has been rated in 2017 by Martin Kilchmann with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc from the region Canton of Ticino in Switzerland.
Strong red; restrained nose, red berries, vegetable bouillon, also green notes; soft attack on the palate, fresh, wood well integrated, juicy acidity, stalky tannin; medium finish. Not yet a completely harmonious Merlot, but can mature.
