Amber in color. Pear, herbal spice, wormwood, licorice, nutty, intensely phenolic on the palate, dense and full of tension, fine mousse, complex finish (pear skin, herbs), unusual sparkling wine - distinctive and animating. Be careful when opening - foams over.
