The white wine Harxheim Schloßberg Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Werther-Windisch has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Fresh, almost chalky and bright nose over a darker background, lemon peel, boxwood, aniseed notes. Much livelier on the palate, but less relaxed than the equivalent Silvaner, with a fine green tinge typical of the vintage. Very successful!
