A wine that completely deserves the designation "Fumé". Clearly smoky on the nose, some fermentation notes, sommeliers' favourite, no Sauvignon obtrusiveness. On the palate a lot of structure and density, viscosity and peppery savouriness, the acidity is well-integrated. Extremely unique!
