Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.11.2016

Somewhat ripe and opulent due to the vintage. Chuao chocolate, sour cherry, plum confit, red pepper, redcurrant. Round on the palate, texture and a fine, delicate acidity. Bone dry and yet sweet and fruity. A remarkable Pinot Noir.
