Tasting Notes
Pinot Noir and Blauer Portugieser vinified as Blanc de Noir. It smells of blueberry and wild raspberry, whilst the palate is juicy and beautifully savoury. It's powerfully built, with fine tannins and some phenolic layers. Good at the table, given its heft.
