It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Wet stone, a hint of matchstick, lime zest and hazelnut on the nose, with a hint of seawater and mint - very distinctive. Lively acidity on the palate lends nice tension to the green apple and grapefruit fruit, with a delicate herbal savouriness in behind. Pleasantly grippy, with good length - a versatile bottle.
