Subtle minerality with delicate herbal spice, precise and very clear yellow fruit, youthful, yeasty contours. Focused and finely juicy on the palate, incredibly stimulating to drink, gripping balance. Exciting, tart notes in the aftertaste. Very good ageing potential.
