The white wine Wachenheim Gerümpel Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Zimmermann has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
With a little air, a slightly fruity potpourri unfolds, apple, also reine claude plum, but all kept delicate. The first impression in the mouth is almost light-footed, framed by noticeable phenolics, linden blossom, nettle, with a mineral base.
