Tasting Notes
A bright, light cherry red in colour. On the nose, "cool" fruit aromas of plum, cherry and blackcurrant mingle with savoury notes of mint, lemon balm and cress. On the palate, the wine opens with fine phenolics, the ripe acidity melded seamlessly with the medium-bodied finish. This is a very grown-up, content-rich rosé - free of showiness and harmoniously at peace with itself.
