Tasting Notes
Medium amber with gold reflections. The nose is intensely inviting, with yellow tropical fruit underpinned with some nougat and a honeyed touch. Botrytis shows itself through a pleasant savoury note, alongside candied orange zest. The palate is powerful and complex. There's a strong savoury, mineral streak to go with a touch of sweet blood orange. The finish is honeyed and long lasting. Unquestionably has certain ageing potential for many years.
