The white wine »Columba« Weißburgunder trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weinhaus am Wißberg has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Brighter on the nose than the "Pavo", "Columba" has apple notes and tree blossom on the nose. There is plenty of freshness and piquancy on the palate, much lighter than last year's interpretation, but also on the harmonious dry side.
