Multi-layered and playing with fresh and tertiary notes (low sulphur or none at all?), peach and fresh corn, flax, yeasty notes, iron, "stony". The mousse is fresh and still very youthful, but remains silky without foaming up coarsely. Long, pronounced in fruit finish.
