Tasting Notes
A delicate bouquet indicating incipient maturity, floral notes, freesia, burgundy berries, nougat de Montélimar. On the palate, still clearly more compact and youthful, with a crisp acid backbone, a hint of carbonic acid freshness, with good extract density and an aromatic finish that is not yet very open. Has perspective! Needs food.
