Lemon yellow in colour. The aroma reveals the first notes of caramel-like ripeness, but also notes of guava and pomelo. On the palate, a refreshing acidity dominates, spiced by a pinch of fine phenolics and a seamlessly integrated sweetness. A juicy, almost kabinet-like construction.
