Tasting from 13.09.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Fine on the nose, red apple, pear, quince, lemon butter, meadow herbs, freshly ground almonds. Slender body on the palate, supple with a smooth texture, juicy fruit, pear, apricot, quince, flanked by a fine sweetness playing with savouriness that carries into the length, fine acid vein, long on the palate.
