Tasting from 20.02.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Concentrated and warm aroma, tart cherries, light and dark wild berries, earthy notes, violets, rose petals, nougat chocolate. Powerful and elegant at the same time on the palate, firm structure, juicy, fresh fruit, fine-grained tannins, well-integrated, lively acidity, fine wood spice, an animating and versatile companion at the table, lots of wine.
