The wine remains restrained on the nose, with a hint of paprika and black currants reminiscent of the Cabernet-Sauvignon relationship of the variety. On the palate, the wine is refreshingly juicy, the acidity is well integrated into the medium body, the finish combines savouriness and straightforward piquancy.
