Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Pale orange with a slight haze. Opens with distinctly savoury notes of bergamot, blood orange and flint, lots of jasmine blossom. Dances lightly and playfully over the tongue, yet has good drive and complexity, with a long finish of dried orange peel and ginger, pulsating.
