Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe aromas of plum and chocolate, hints of vanilla and caramel and a slight vegetal note. On the palate, the wine displays grainy tannins, a slight sweetness, high alcohol and a touch of carbon dioxide, post fermentation! The second bottle has cork defects and the CO2 again. Presumably secondary fermentation here too.
