Shiraz, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark chocolate, blueberry muffin, menthol and dried meat. Camphor. Oiliness and fine-grained, firm tannins define the palate, which despite its power is surprisingly "cool" and disciplined. The alcohol remains completely imperceptible. Duck with Teltow turnips or cassoulet.
