The lemon-yellow colour indicates some maturity, whilst the nose remains more youthful with notes of Mirabelle plum and yellow peach, as well as a balsamic undertone. In the mouth the wine has fullness and sweetness, but also a deep core - and substantial reserves for further bottle ageing.
