Tasting from 26.11.2019: Ulrich Sautter und Rainer Schäfer

Pale golden. Spicy varietal aromas with some yeast and a hint of Ruländer. Powerfully full-bodied on the palate, fresh and almost astringent, even austere, with ripe but long-lasting acidity and excellent tension, integrated alcohol and a yeasty finish.
