Tasting from 26.11.2019: Ulrich Sautter und Rainer Schäfer

Bronze colour, in an almost Pinot Gris shade. A touch of oxidation, quince, pears, raspberry and black pepper. On the palate, fine phenolics, supple and structured, a ripe acidity, full-bodied but still light-hearted, grippy and compact. Substantial, a successful vinification with no sulphur additions.
