Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 24.03.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Pear jelly and sage on the nose, with jasmine tea and roasted aromas and some yellow fruit. Well-balanced and compact on the palate, with some competently interwoven wood, a harmonious acidity and a touch of spice. Finishes with some quince and walnut, and a mineral accent.
