Tasting from 28.05.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Herbal and savoury nose with notes of spontaneous fermentation, mint, damp stone, Reine Claude plum and ripe Mirabelle plum. Emphasises dryness on the palate, has both tension and edge, well-structured with a firm core, citric notes, still slightly astringent. Finishes long on herbs. An individual personality, the fresh version of Chardonnay.
