Tasting from 17.03.2020: Ulrich Sautter

This has aromas of almond, strawberry confit, cherry, herbal spicy undertones, and only a very slight oak character. On the palate it is broad and quite sustained, with a creamy layer under the mellow ripe tannins, and some juicy fruit on the finish. It is a truly elegant Pinot Noir.
