Tasting Notes
Spicy on the nose with aromas of peppermint and yeast cookies. The palate is supple and sweet, with a comparatively ripe acidity and a fairly full, tight, fruity body, but despite all its substance it does not lose its shape and finishes with delicate mineral notes.
More about the tastingOn the nose candied lemon peel, but also a hint of coconut curry, which is by no means from the kitchen. On the palate juicy with a lot of direct fruit influence without corners and edges. Apple and apricot meet, fine acid line, harmoniously balanced sweetness. A veritable crowd pleaser.
