The white wine Weiss feinherb Deutscher Wein, vintage 2021 from the winery Witt Wein has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points.
An emphatically fresh aroma: grated lemon peel, lemon balm, basil, on the palate with high tension, sweetness and acidity play nicely, a pinch of fermentation carbonic acid gives additional momentum and dynamism, the very well-balanced wine finishes compactly and almost dry in taste.
